About me

In 2024, my identity collapsed. I didn’t know who I was, what I wanted, where I was going or how to get there. Everything I had built up until that moment was built for someone else, not for me. I had no idea who I was, what to do, or where to start. So I took action, I moved.

Thus began a journey of deep self-discovery.

Why I coach

While living in Costa Rica, I met people from all kinds of backgrounds. Even though our stories were different, in so many ways we were the same.

We all carried fears we were avoiding, patterns we couldn’t quite see, and intuitions being drowned by expectations, pressure, insecurity, and fear.

As I continued my own work, something shifted. The deeper I connected with myself, the deeper I could connect with others. I began to notice the patterns underneath what people were saying, the pain they were avoiding and how it shaped the way they saw the world and showed up in it

I learned that I love helping people untangle the webs they found themselves in. Not because I have the answers, but because I learned how to help people uncover their own.

My Role

My job isn’t to tell you what to do. I’m not here to tell you how to live your life or what’s best for you.

I’m here to help you understand yourself well enough to discover those answers on your own.

Sometimes all it takes is someone willing to sit beside us as we go through the process. If you don’t know where to look, I can show you the door, but it’s your job to walk through it.

I will sit with you.

What I believe

Meaningful change comes from the freedom of being able to choose who you are. These are a few of the core principles that guide my work.

UNDERSTANDING

We can’t change what we don’t understand. Learning to recognize the patterns, emotions, and influences shaping our behaviour is the first step to changing them.

INTUITION

There’s a quiet voice within us that gets drowned by fear, expectations, pressure, and other people’s ideas of who we should be. Learning to hear it will help you find your direction.

CLARITY

When we’re pulled in multiple directions, it’s because we’re carrying multiple influences that haven’t been acknowledged or confronted. Doing so will open a path we couldn’t see.

COURAGE

You don’t have to feel brave to take a courageous step. In fact, it’s better if you don’t feel brave. Confidence isn’t something that we need before we act, it grows from learning that we’ll be ok with the outcome, regardless of how it turns out.

SELF-ACCEPTANCE

We can’t force away the parts of ourselves we don’t like. We’re backwards creatures. Understanding and accepting these parts of ourselves gives us the freedom to decide what to do with them.
